Really Love the Game but, Can’t Play All Episodes – Life Is Strange Review

I really love playing this game but, I paid for the season pass to play all episodes and it doesn’t allow me. First I had a problem with the sound and I tired contacting the company from the website and no one contacted me back. I ended up having to delete my saved game had to download it again and was forced to play episode one again even though I pass that episode. Once I re-downloaded the game, the sound started working and I was only allow to download episodes one, two and three. I have now completed episodes one, two and three but am not able to play four and five. Episodes four and five just states coming soon. I know that these episodes are available because there are reviews on them since 2015. Has anyone else had this problem? I paid my money and still haven’t heard from the company. I will change my review and rating once this problem is fixed and someone helps me. Update: Still haven’t heard from company after several times trying to reach them through email. It’s very disappointing that I paid for a season pass and I am not able to play the game because it just states coming some and it has been over three months now for them to fix the problem.
