Love it but...won't download? – Princess Fashion Star - Royal Beauty Contest Review

When I was little had it on my old iPad that me and my brothers used to share and I loved it I did not care about the "I don't get any stars or coins at level 20 or 21 thing " but now I have a new iPad and I can't download it ? it chould be the wifi cuz I'm on vacation and the wifi is horrible
