Game will not work and no assistance from customer support – Trivia Crack Review

So I love this game but around November I began having issues when the game ( I paid for the ad free game) and reached out to customer support. The response was amazing and they tried to assist with the issue. I was even provided some coins for my inconvenience. The game still didn’t work, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled so many time ma but still nothing. So I stopped trying for a while and tried one day and the game was working. I started a game to play but then the game stopped working again so I was unable to complete the game. I then reached out the customer support and no response. I realized about a couple weeks or more no response from customer supper so I reached our again and to date still no response.. I’ve since deleted the app from my phone because it’s useless. 1st email was 11/28 they responded immediately then 12/5 no response, then 1/16 no response, then 1/25 no response, my last response was 2/16 and to date no response. I mean what kind of company does that. I paid to be able to play the game and now it’s just deleted. This is so disappointing
