Not as great as discord claims to be. – Discord - Chat, Talk & Hangout Review

I have a hate/love relationship with discord. The only reason I’m on discord is because some of my friends use it. First, there are some limits discord has so they FORCE you to pay to even get the options that other programs already provide; for free. To start off, discord’s file and picture sending is only 10mb and their video calling goes up to only 720p. Their advertising panders to preteens which is 90% of their user base who have offensive usernames, spam derogatory words and oddly enough are anime fans with their profile pictures plastered with young girls in provocative expressions. Adding on to this, discord is unprofessional such as the advertising but this attracts adolescents!! DO NOT USE. There are SO much better programs (I.e skype, teamspeak, WhatsApp, messenger, hangouts etc) that offer the same or better than this junk.
