Stuck. – Monster Busters:Match 3 Puzzle Review

Why does this app get stuck and won't move. Every time there is an upgrade, something always is worse. You have ruined my game. It won't let me play, the screen goes black. I can't even get on. PLEASE fix it. My favorite game.
