Got banned trying to recover account – Clash of Clans Review

A year and half ago I stopped playing. Got a new phone couldn’t upload my old city. Tried to get it back. Provided receipts and answers what I could about my old village in an attempt to get it back. Of course supercell is too big of a company to talk to us mere peon customers person to person and after getting responses from and automated response customers service “agent” named Christine. Who I quote as saying, “we believe you that this is your village please provide us with receipts of purchase which I did, I did not get any response except permanent banishment from the game for trying “steal” an account that has my last time in it... the SAME name that’s on the card I used to make gem purchases. The village hasn’t been used in two years, has my name on it, I provided receipts and bc no actually person would talk to me and work with me I get banned with no warning. And of course all the money I’ve spent is now in their pockets and I highly doubt I will be refunded. Very disappointed in supercell. Be careful how you spend your money here they do not care about you as a customer. All they want is impulse buyers who keep their mouths shut apparently.
