IT WONT LET ME EARN MY GEMS ? – Cartoon City: farm to village Review

I liked it at first but then I realized that it wasn't allowing me to earn my gems from town request, leveling up, or even through Facebook. I'm not about to give my money to an app that works when it feels like it. Such a disappointment ?????
