Cannot Verify Account – Movies Anywhere Review

I was forced into creating a Movies Now account when Disney discontinued their site and subsequently mentioned I needed to migrate my digital movies to this app. While I was allegedly able to create an account, I could not verify the account as the app would not send the authentication code to my inbox. Henceforth, I could not transfer my movies and lost them. I’d like to assign a 0 rating, but I do not see that as an option.
