Animal harvest?!?! Stop producing  – Pocket Farm Review

Ok..... The first time I bought the animals they will start producing but then when I exited the game and come back they stop producing and I can't harvest from them anymore. Is that a glitch or there something I have to do?  Plz fix and I need a response Dev. Ty!!
