Great but... – Add Text To Photos – Fonts Art Review

I purchased all the in app purchases for this app after downloading the free version> I got a new iPad but despite it telling me "already purchased " I cannot use any of the purchased fonts.......they still have 'little locks' next to each one.....I've restarted the iPad yet they remain locked ..
