Strange – Atari's Greatest Hits Review

I have had this app for a long time and in different versions and wanted to try and play Tempest today but even though I previously bought this game a couple years ago now I have to buy it again? It is a little coincidental it downloaded it right away unlike the other games I clicked on play or purchase without doing so as well.
