Like, but... – Free to Fit: Color block puzzle logic stack dots Review

I like this game, but I purchased the ad free and it still has ads. There is no way to contact tech support for this app, nor the developers. I'm stuck with a game I payed $3.99 for and still has ads. Not cool. There is no contact on the Pocketworld site that I have found. I have closed and opened the app many times. I play frequently. Any time I touch the no ads button it says that it's already been purchased and shows a buying box with a spinning wheel. It never changes mpletes the purchase and the ads never go away. Signed out and back in. Same results, just the spinning wheel. No ad removal. I have tried the sign out and back in a couple of times with no results. Still waiting on a fix. Closed/reopened, signed out/back in, deleted/reinstalled. Still has ads. :(
