Open table is great – OpenTable Review

Works great; would be 5 stars however there were a few exceptions; noted below. If these issues are corrected, may be 5 stars instead of the 4 stars marked. Only once when I reserved, Sf Neiman Marcus did not get it and only once when I sent message to move appt time later at Original Joe’s, open table put me down as a no show even though I tried to make electronic change on open table for later time (did not work), and I called the restaurant to notify them I was arriving late.
