Free WiFi – WiFi Anywhere-Hotspot Analyzer Review

How come ?all these Country’s getting Free WiFi and USA isn’t getting one! For free? At night WiFi enhencement get low as 20 % now that’s low! This is next day and signal is too weak signal is getting weak again!!!my signal is decreasing! Again help me out with signals plz How many times a day I gotta come back to check on my signal because it gets low signal every 10 min?
