Who chooses the word of the day? – Concise Oxford Dictionary Review

Seriously, who? They are doing a piss job— “drummer”? “Misfortune”? “Sad”?? How are these words of the day?? Is this an app for a child? I wish you were expanding people’s actual vocabularies, not just letting some algorithm pull a random word.
