Worked okay, now the auto countdown I paid for stopped working – Days Until Review

Title sums it up. I’m sure an iOS update caused it but it’s still something I paid for and it should work. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and restored my purchase. I sent a message to support a month or more ago, no response. It was a five star review before.
