DOES THIS APP ACTUALLY WORK ?? – Lume-X Review

This App doesn’t seem to work at all. There are no controls. No options. There is just a different colored camera. ZERO LIGHT CONTROLS OR SETTINGS. Can anyone explain how this works ??
