Appeals to me as a person – Simple Habit Sleep, Meditation Review

Have worked with different programs now. Never realized that as you go on, get experience with the practice of meditation, one program that served you well at one time, is a hold-back moment another time... I think it’s important to note that it’s ok to switch. Switched to SIMPLE HABIT and it feels much more natural, more direct, more syntonic than the previous programs. Key is to accept this and It feels good NOT getting upset when the old no longer works. As we discover meditation as part of our lives the self discovery and acceptance are sometimes tough but rewarding. Thank you Simple Habit for bringing me to the next level.
