Update ruined game – Bejeweled Blitz Review

I loved this game. I have played every day for at least the last 2 years, probably longer. Always a fun way to pass a few minutes. However, this last update ruined the game. The look is cheesy, it’s harder and less intuitive to find the various plays. Not easy to navigate. And generally no fun. Even the gameplay, while identical, feels worse. Scores are lower, it feels clunky. Probably won’t play anymore. What a shame. Got a reply asking if I tried boosts. Yes. And not a fan. I liked them better when they were on the playing board. Now they are below, which takes your eyes off the board. Choosing them isn’t as easy. Using the game is not intuitive. I still haven’t figured out the purpose of gold bars. If it isn’t obvious, I am not wasting my time to figure it out. I have played long enough to accumulate over 6 million coins. Not buy. Won. And I am done with this until (hopefully) it gets fixed.
