For $4 why not? – MONSTER HUNTER FREEDOM UNITE for iOS Review

I grew with Atari, Nintendo, genesis, snes, game boy, etc. yep I'm that old. So never played MH and researched it. Might not be my cup of tea but this 40 yr old is still gaming. Like people say the tutorial is excruciating as there's a ton quests and that's sort of how you have to go into it mentally. RPG mini quests for training. I've spent probably an hr real time and only gone through the first set of 5 sets of categories. So who knows how many hours it takes to train and actually start playing. They really could have put you in a gym room and taught you the basics in less than an hour but instead it's super repetitive and long. Think teaching you how to buy milk from a sales clerk but having to walk a couple miles first every time. Rinse repeat but instead of milk it's a candy bar or an apple. But the graphics were pleasantly nice on my mini iPad. I know there's lots of content so can't complain. Running on iOS 10.3.3. It is a bit difficult to fight using the touchscreen but true gamers adapt to any platform. Now if they could only add skyrim to iOS...
