I’ve played this game for years, and had built up quite a profile. Billions of coins and several charms. Had progressed many levels on many games. One day it all disappeared. No help getting it restored. I was given a small portion of my coins ( some of which I paid for). I was told the case was closed. It has taken me months to play this games again. But it has left a bad feeling about the treatment I received.
