Best, and most affordable app of this type. Great selection, highly recommend for anxiety and or sleep needs. I use this and Relaxing Melodies. This is more affordable and the sound orbiting really keeps you focused. I notice no noticeable repeat marks in the sounds. Anyway both get 5 stars for me I would like more affirmations, or even guided meditations. But that’s small potatoes. Do yourself a huge favor download the free version. You’ll be hooked! Many thanks to the developers you have helped my anxiety and night terrors!
