I have let them know the problem but nothing has changed – Papers 3 - Reference Manager Review

I used iPad pro 9.7 before I bought pro 10.5. After I bought my new one, I realized that handwriting with apple pencil was not as smooth as iPad 9.7 . I emailed papers customer service a couple month ago but still they did nothing for that.
