Won't cast videos – Photo Video Cast to Chromecast Review

Even though this is called Photo Video Cast, when I downloaded it, it just said Photo Cast, and I can find no way to cast video. In fact, it doesn't even see the videos on my phone. Deleted it. On to the next app...
