Only the first month was good – Noom: Healthy Weight Loss Plan Review

The first month was incredible, engaging, fun, motivating and everything they promise when they're trying to get you to sign up and pay their high fees. Then without warning from week 5 everything changed and it is now just plain, boring, borderline condescending. It all comes down to one thing: transparency. If that first month was the new format they claim to be "trying out" why not tell that to people? I understand they are rushing to update the whole content but in the meantime I'm still paying for something which is not exactly what I was sold. I'm frustrated and demotivated, and the email I send to Noom support a week ago is still unanswered.
