Pro subscription doesn’t even work – Logo Maker Shop: Creator App Review

i bought the pro version of the app and it was working fine for a couple of days now they are all locked and i can’t use them. i click on restore purchases and then it says “your purchases are restored” but they are all still locked. very frustrating and i would like my money back.
