Blank screen – RANE° - Minimalist Weather Review

I don't get anything on my screen except some colored dots. When clicking the. Color fits the weather app poos up the purchase app screen. I can't find anywhere to set my option etc Guess this is a waste app I'm going to delete and reinstall see if that fixes the problem and I can at least get my local weather if not at this rate I'll keep my regular weather app which I've never had problems with.
