Problems with photo size for Erin Condren Life Planner – Polaroid Snaptouch Review

Does anyone know how I can print two pictures on one page that will fit the Erin Condren Life Planner squares? I use the planner as a memory book for my son and used to be able to print two photos on one page that fit the boxes exactly. Since the Dec/Jan update now it only allows me print two photos that are too long/vertical. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I keep emailing the support desk and they keep saying they are working on it. So frustrating!
