Video glitches, support link broken...?? – Resize for Story - No Crop Review

Trying to get my landscape vids to play in story and every time I upload video to the app, there’s a strange overlap of the video on top of a still of the video. What’s up? Bought the app For that and it’s not delivering. #disappointed
