Confusing – 9Round Pulse Review

I got the app to pair with my heart rate monitor but why do we have to open the app and leave it open to have the app sync? Shouldn’t it just transfer from what is saved in the member portal. I used it once, I’m never going to remember to start it on the app let alone leave it open for the world to steal my phone while I work out. No history has been transferred or saved in the dashboard. Seems like it would automatically do that. I do not understand the reason to even have this app. If it worked just like the dashboard on the member portal then yes, until it does then it’s got zero use for me.
