Abysmal – TRUE Fitness Review

It’s 2018. The workout data is neither saved nor exported. What is the point of pairing the device, in my case a brand new bike that cost thousands of dollars, if it does not pair export the data to the app for each user? Why even have users if you can’t save our data? I did not accompany my husband on the bike purchase expedition to upgrade our Lifefitness bike because I had foot surgery and my husband wanted for me to have a better bike. Now that I am recovering and hopped on the bike I am rip roaring furious that we now own this 1990’s “technology”. I am outraged at this lackluster attempt at technology. Furious actually. I guess I should be upset with my husband, but when a salesperson says there is an app, one normally expects it to meet basic minimum standards so I would rather be mad at your company that blame my dear husband.
