Paid $100 subscription, followed app, lost money – Cryptosignal Review

Edit (2/2/2018): I did as the developer response requested and messaged them for a refund. I did not receive any response after waiting nearly a week. I will be escalating through Apple Support instead. Edit: I’m pretty sure these guys create fake reviews. There have been a bunch of positive reviews left since yesterday night when the market dropped heavily. There’s no reason a bunch of positive reviews would flow in while the market is at a low. Also, their rating is exactly the same as before I left my review yesterday after a flood of ~20 reviews came in? I leave details below, but in short, the app doesn’t guide well. The team seems to miss or ignore many of the coins that are faring best. It does not give out signals 24/7, making it unfit for the market, the signals often carry messages with the same number of expected hours (usually 48-72) for trades to reach their expected sell limit and no data to back up why the expected hours or sell prices were set, some messages have obvious typos suggesting that signals are being sent out fairly carelessly, and the team (might even be one person) praises itself on successful trades while not addressing unsuccessful trades. So far, following this app has lost me money. The subscription is $100 for one month... It’s obnoxiously expensive for what it does. You will see a very small amount of information without the subscription—just a handful of signals that are closed already and used as clickbait to get users to subscribe.
