What a joke... but I'm not laughing – Florida Blue Review

Apps are supposed to be more convenient not more confusing. Calling Blue Cross is a complete waste of time. They just tell you they will fix it in 7 to 10 days and then you call back in 7 to 10 days you get the same story to call back in 7-10 days and it still incorrect. I have yet to receive my member ID cards for my dental plan or health plan. I paid in person at CVS and they mixed up my health and dental balances. Now money over $100 is missing. Also when They send emails out they don't differentiate between dental and health care they call them both insurance very confusing. As expected healthcare companies are for-profit only not care. It is 2018 and they run the company like it's 1918. Health care can be a matter of life and death or being in debt the rest of your life. If a cell phone carrier ran their business like this they would go bankrupt. They intentionally mess up Billing and make it difficult just so they will not have to pay if necessary. What a racket! Go Amazon Berkshire and Chase! If I can buy their health insurance I will.
