Unable to Submit Feedback on App Being Tested – TestFlight Review
First of all I am willing to admit this may be user error & I have tried to contact Apple Support (the call dropped while I was on hold because the battery on the portable phone died after being & I have not heard back from Apple.)
I have both an iPhone SE & an iPad mini 2. Both devices are running the current version of iOS (11.2.5) & the current version of TestFlight.
The symptom is I am not able to subscribe feedback using TestFlight app on either device.
It appears Apple advisors do not know how to handle calls about the TestFlight app as I was transferred several times during the call.
Shortly before I was put on hold the final time the Apple advisor was looking at my devices.
At this point I am still trying to contact the vendor for the app I am testing outside of the TestFlight app because there seems to be a problem with the app being tested on my iPhone SE.
Yes, I am frustrated!
