Used to love this app – Invoice Manager: Create, Send Invoice and Estimate Review

I have been using this app for almost 2 years with no issues. Suddenly about a month ago I could not backup my data. Emailed support got a standard “we received your email we’ll get back to you soon “ reply. Since then nothing. It’s too bad because otherwise it is a great app
