Please make an update that brings this app back to life! – MasterFX HD - Design like a PRO in 5 minutes Review

I’ve become so frustrated with this company and their apps. This was seriously my fav app and then it started to not work most of the time and then it made me pay the full price again, so I paid yo twice for unlocking everything, then it stopped working again! I’ve emailed them through their main site and tried their other app releases which claim to have master fx as part of the bundle they offer and it worked for a very short time a long time ago and then stopped completely once again. The support email in the app errors every time you try to communicate with them. Give me my $ hard earned $ back or fix the app please so I can use it again please! I would much rather you released an update to fix everything and refunded me my extra full unlock fee so I can use my favorite app again and for the original full unlock fee I gladly paid when the app worked properly. Quit releasing other apps when you can’t even do right by one of your most loyal customers!!! Please quit ignoring us and do what’s right please!!!!!
