Pretty poor – Sparkle your Story Review

The app picks up overexposed spots on a photo a throws even brighter ‘sparkles’ on it - usually not where you want them to be, and no you can’t move it. Varying the amount of sparkles changes the exposure as well, so you loose a ton of quality by adding sparkles
