Can't sign up for volunteer sign-ups – Shutterfly Share Sites Review

This app stopped working recently and I can't sign up nor see any of the other volunteers. Also in the News section, all the posts say that they were made by Anonymous. Please fix the app b/c right now it's pretty useless.
