Love child of 90s crpgs – Exiled Kingdoms RPG Review

Firstly, I’d like to iterate my fondness of the author and the dedication and work he has put into Exiled Kingdoms. It’s a massive amount of work to create an rpg. The game does many things, including engaging combat and a fair amount of tasks to complete. My hopes for the future, is better dialog for quests, for different armor to appear differently on the player, which is a huge undertaking as paper dolling in 2D is no easy task. I hope for a more wide variety of weapon sets and armor, currently my last time playing I was using the same 2H weapon I purchased back in the first town, in the next few towns. I’d like to be able to assign what my companion should be doing during combat, and the mercenaries as well. Things that would be cool but I doubt would see fruition would be crafting, especially potions, since you can already gather herbs to sell.
