Great app, but needs work – Captivate for Instagram - Mass follow and unfollow Review

This app was great to me! It helped me cultivate a genuine and organic following. However, my batch actions or significantly less now. I'm only allowed to do 19 from my local queue. Developers, can you please explain to me what's going on? Thanks
