Useless – Scan & Translate+ Text Grabber Review

This app does not do real-time translation. You have to take a picture of it first, then select which language you want to translate FROM and TO. In this case, I was trying to translate Russian to English. If I didn't know the source language, I guess I'd be out of luck.
