Deleted app – Avira Optimizer Review

I lost 3% available memory...not much, and if it had optimized I probably would haven't deleted the app, but I patiently waited 30 minutes for it to optimize and it just kept flashing numbers but never went anywhere. I turned my iPad completely off and tried again - for another 30 minutes - and, again nothing. My IOS is 10.3.3.
