App does not work at all – Bokeh Cam FX : Add Light Shape Review

I’ve tried turning off my phone, deleting the app, redownloading it several times and nothing. It gets stuck at the very first step of choosing a photo. I can’t even choose a photo or scroll through my photos because it freezes. Don’t even bother.
