This game started out fun and not too expensive, but now it is nothing more than a money pit. I got low on coins and tried to purchase conservatively and work my way back. After numerous purchases, I find myself in the same hole minus a lot of money spent. The customer support department is never able to answer any questions intelligently if they answer at all. I too have been shorted on special bonuses, etc. like other have reported, it is as if they turn the wins completely off. I think I will take a break from the game.
