Admin permissions – Who interacts with my profile for facebook app Review

Hi, I payed for this app in the past and it worked great. But now it won’t allow me to use it anymore and telling me I need app permission from an admin. If someone could please authorize me that would be great! Thank you very much in advance. Will change app rating when it works again.
