Heliports? – Hover - #1 app for Drone, DJI, FreeFlight pilots! Review

So what is the official law? The FAA official app says I can’t fly, well anywhere, because pretty much everywhere is within 5 miles of an airport or someone’s personal airfield or heliport. This app makes me feel I can legally fly lots of places. What is the official law?
