Confused with Scout GPS Link – Scout Maps & Safer Navigation Review

Scout is Excellent!!! Scout GPS Link needs to be improved!!!! I downloaded the app, linked to my new Toyota and the app doesn’t work. The app is also frozen on my cell phone.
