Sound only works when app is opening which makes this pointless – Wee Sing & Learn ABC - Preschool Alphabet Learning Activity & Music Book Review

The “contact support” only takes me to an error page. My daughter loved this app on a friend’s iPad but it will not work on my iPhone 7. Until this issue is resolved, the app is a waste of money.
