Loving it – Challenges - Compete, Get Fit Review

A friend invited me to join her challenge! I was nervous at first. I have used it for 4 days so far and I'm loving it. I love that we can see how each other is doing and encourage each other! This is a great way to encourage others to get up and moving! It gives me that extra push especially since I have a competitive side.
