AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE! – Paradise Island: Exotic Review

Chrissyolde143 I had an issue with restoring my content and island and progress from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. The game on my new phone was not letting me restore progress and so I contacted customer care and they worked with me, always responded within 24 hours via (several) emails and did everything they could to troubleshoot all of the issues. They were very thorough, detailed when explaining the steps I needed to take etc. They also had their TechTeam do whatever it is they needed to do and completely restored my game progress and transferred it to my new iPhone. They always followed up and were polite and concerned. Out of all the apps I have for games this is the best company! thank you!!
